  • Why improv is a useful skill for coaches and helps them along the road of maturity
  • Why some coaches should just shut up instead of asking their next killer question
  • Why a French cleric (or Greek Goddess) would be a good choice of coaching companion

About the Podcast

The Coach's Backpack
An insight into what coaches consider the most important tools of their trade
The Coach’s Backpack podcast asks a variety of coaches (from sports to comedy) what they consider to be the most important tools of their trade, physically and/or mentally.

They are only allowed to take limited items on a hypothetical new engagement: one book, one tool/technique/approach/framework, one other item of their choice … and a person to accompany them.
